Opening theory-Commencement.

As I was stating in my previous Blog-Opening theory the relations between Migration, Residence and Industry, I came to a definitive conclusion that all these three are going to be included in my conclusion. I just have to point out how my place (Purvanchal), my migrated place (Delhi) and industry coincide in adverse way to create conflict within the environment. I put forth my exemplified experience through 'no example putting thesis'. Of course it doesn’t mean anything just making it sound important that I am not going to use examples, I consider it too old fashion. I want it reincarnate itself from what I will put forth here. Industry heads try make things difficult for candidates, individuals seeking a placement not by not taking them in their Organization, but by taking candidate with similar potential from some popular institute with ‘God knows how it came to be known as reputed institution’ and then turn them into a servicemen with getting Higher salary, perks. No matter if that person is or isn't responsible as a whole for that organization. I point out salary and perks because these things are wanted by any individual, which makes them think that they have achieved their primary goal. Just by getting a ransom no matter what it can buy or what it will offer after or in a long-time, they get carried away to it. So if Industrialists or Entrepreneur are involved in money making and they want this money to go to some candidate from some popular institute not to a common individual, common thinking of employing everyone from the society or community does not full fill the criteria. Until now I have shaded the portion which will make-up the rest part of this Blog.

An individual who comes from a background which is not recognized and does not even has contributing evidence to its country, does that individual when recruited, who is from common college, gets the right perk which he/ she must get. Is it right to call the entrepreneur who here are doing something for these individuals who have no background, no settlement whereas always ready to settle for whatever you give to them. This becomes hoarse as no one thinks about the person who got into a college with unrecognized background, who migrated still not made up to what it had to be made to. Reference to which I speak of is clear from here that everything you do has to do with your place with the college to the place you migrate. Everything combines and gives it back to you whether be it good or bad. Great persons say anything cannot stop a deterrent from getting it, but you can always be perfect for yourself which you don’t have to prove, which you got to prove is always before some greater individual . By greater individual I mean to state the great person who said the golden inspiring words to you. They don’t believe in what they say, its because it has to be said they say it, so never go after what a great person says, he/she said because he/she was asked for, that does not make your life comfortable, or it does not make it easy it was always there in you, somehow the great person’s words came across you just to let you know that you have slowed a little bit on your path. I made a little improvisation from migration residence industry to truth telling. This ultimately comes out when things around you does not happen as it speaks of itself to be happening.

Gross Heads will always be there for you to know that even though they have the highest paying capacity he/she is not going to take you in because they are abide by the process of futility or more into the prestige then into companies or individuals faith. I see plenty of examples all around me any entrepreneur in this country comes up the stage and says valuable things which he doesn’t even think to follow. But in wordings and sentences which they frame are ultimate in their and media respect and He/she becomes the veritable person our country produced. I don’t know if this process has to continue forever, I want to do something out of the box which is not even close to this mediocrity. This is far from being disgusting but at the same time is qualitative. I know in this environment where every day the other person sitting next to you is the same guy who you were talking about won’t let you do what you want, but have faith in the purity that you posses. Feel great that until now there has never been anything so exemplified done that it had to be contributing to our country, because you have that courage to do it. You have developed your mind and shaped it in a way that no one else has the capability to do. You made it work in every aspect you believed in, even you didn't win, and you have the opportunity to take the crown, still. Let this humongous diverse nation know that there is a place where piousness has grappled in the minds of the people not because they are less intelligent, but because they are narrative to a new era that is going to be named in History for Good deeds. 'Not being known' is the best thing that can happen to you in this world where popular is 'to be known'. Latter seems too progressive and compelling where as the first thought is always you. I conclude my blog here I hope that I made my point by trying to inculcate everything. Of course something fell short and I couldn't define that means I will not be able to define it because this is my extent. I tried to improvise on torts which are retorting to any thought. I am putting forth my theory. Commencement. 

My dimension-Opening Theory.

I am pretty much sure about referring this event as opening theory. This is because I've had experiences worth opening, concluding part never happens. Always there is something to open up about but never to conclude, its by convention. I am prepared to mare the deals a normal middle class boy would experience in Purvanchal area. East UP state in particular. Since the time of Independence it has been unrecognised part of this flourishing country. I migrated from here, God knows what for? to Delhi. The most polite place I ever visited. The sooner I started living there the sooner I came to know where I was headed. I grossly completed Graduation from School of open Learning, which I advice others 'do not take admissions into'. This explanation was not needed but I had to include this because the type we are being produced and introduced in world is not to be known from this place but to be known to the place where we have migrated. There are no similarities between the place where I reside from and its people It’s just an unutilized part of Our country, though has huge potential but unfortunate . I write this in my opening theory because I see that people here have never played any part at least a part in any of the contributing things to be seen as in 'states comprising and making up a country' has played.

This is appropriate thinking of the purvanchalis.  If I pass out from this place and the day I migrate I loose unrecognised tag to the place where I will get migrated. I know my blog is getting way to 'places' and 'migration' but I wanted it to start that way. Each and every part of our country some or the other either contributes or derail or empathize, but Gods grace and nationality prone energetic contributing spirit is not inducted in us here, it only gets invigorated when we move out. State of affairs does not stop at this point but it takes us to another level of not even being in this country still surviving the ups and downs of the nation. We have say in ourselves in our location but it never gets contributed to the national level. 

These all seemed a lot less stupid because bigger part was the system of every, institution, organisation, industry, firm, enterprise and most of all the present Chief and heads of even Medium Enterprises. All of the institutions boasting of excellence take up great candidate who already have been 'spoon not', truck fed from the very governmental institution known to be best in the country but has no identity in the world. Aftermath it pretends to be a huge Employer of the millennium. I don't blame but I truly want to open my theory here-if an IITian, consider an engineer is related to a certain field is picked by any type of firm no matter what work it wants from him/her says we are the best employer, what would it resemble? You just took the best which is not even close to good in the world and say that company is headed towards a great career. Let me tell you if you could've recruited any guy from any ABC institute would've delivered the same as it is being delivered anyone from the so called prestigious colleges. I am not talking on issue of colleges but the type interested by you in any individual regarding job which you make. If jobs are of administration and an engineer is sitted there it does not full fill the criteria for separate class of degrees being provided in the world. If there must be such kind of action, will any individual want to enter into an industry and call it prestigious enough that it keeps recruiting just on the basis of Certificate providence Name entitled as on the top of it.

According to me a company must recruit an individual who is proficient enough to provide for the best what company wants from him/her. Which means a recruit must always posses a percentage of advantage for company. If an individual getting lacs as salary adds worries to the company and is from a prestigious institute will not benefit it in a right way, whereas individual recruited from a not prestigious institute or not even institute may work as advantage. Less percentage of expense is showered and the remaining percentage is in still within the company.

 I pointed out in my first Para about my residence and migrated residence. Both have resemblance with the Opening Theory. If I refer myself from Purvanchal no one would come to know but if I let me be a Delhite, I will be considered. This is just an unethical inevitable veracious vivacious apprehension. Because Companies try to recruit from the Oceans and we are not in the ocean but in Ponds or maybe Sewer, that would be gross but yes at least the system doesn't take us in. Issue is not yet clear because I know I have been way too haphazard from the starting trying to relate Resident to migrant to Industry. Although I refer this as opening theory it will take time to open up in big way make every one understand what point I'm trying to make here. I am making up to myself that if everything was in place and was destined to be right why anyone would get into opposite side of the tide. Why anyone has to get into the opposite side, I don’t know maybe because it is adverse to live in normal situation. Everyone likes Tirade against oneself. If it had to be like this we all are headed nowhere, I will continue my opening theory, wanting time to make it meaningful. Everyone must understand the relation by my writing and then the purpose of this blog will be fulfilled. Next time Theory has opened.
